ClementiaRe Holding Ltd (CRe) is non-bank private holding company that loans predominantly on a senior secured basis to: 1) large scale industrial and agricultural “green” companies that have or utilize proven newer more efficient technologies that allow for sustainable long term high margin businesses that solve major problems with regards to: food, water, energy, minerals and renewables (Core Focus); and 2) certain ancillary reinsurance and financial companies that can directly assist on a commercially profitable basis in mitigating risks and reducing capital costs.

Stephan Kochem
Principal
Focus: With his excellent network to reinsurers, Mr. Kochem brings expertise in structuring and transferring complex Risk profiles into tailor-made individual Reinsurance programs for most existing lines of Non-life insurance as CAR, EAR, DSU, BI, Marine Cargo, PI, TPL, etc.
Experience: Numerous international projects gives Stephan a wide range of industry experience.
Renewables: Coverages of CAR, EAR, DSU etc. of 50 MW CSP plant in Spain, 400 MW Offshore Wind Farm North Sea; PV-plants in Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Bulgaria with more than 500 MW.
Oil & Gas: Coverage of Drilling and exploration of Oil & Gas in Alaska and various operations in Alabama with special cargo insurance, delay and performance.
Real Estate: Hotel projects in Europe, Africa and Latin America with customized weather and epidemic occurrences.
Alexander Dreyer
Director of Underwriting
Focus: Mr. Dreyer is specialized in the D&O and E&O coverage of financial institutions and security trading houses in Europe. He has extensive knowledge of European legal and regulatory structures and recently devised SOLVENCY II practice group within Miller and supports various other teams with FI (including BASEL II + III) related expert knowledge.
Experience: With more than 18 years of experience as a so called “market broker” in the specialty insurance market of Lloyd´s of London, Alexander has a extensive network of insurance specialists and access to the world´s largest insurance market.
Investment Funds: Alexander was responsible for insurance placement of one third of Europe´s largest 100 investment funds. The experience in this field provides him with valuable insights into the industry´s trends and regulatory developments
Sukie Harrar
Finance and Actuarial Function Holder
Mr. Harrar is an independent actuary, with extensive knowledge of the European and international insurance markets. He is a Fellow member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK. His client base has included global insurance and reinsurance clients as well as boutique insurance companies operating within a carefully defined niche. His experience includes reserving, pricing and capital, with extensive first hand knowledge of Solvency II implementation and insurance risk management.
In addition, Sukie is a PRA and FCA approved person in the UK and is a Practicing Certificate holder for Non-Life Insurance Companies with Lloyd’s, which allows him to operate in the capacity of Actuarial Function Holder in a number of jurisdictions.
Neill Halliday
Legal Council
Mr. Halliday is a UK-trained attorney, licensed to practice law in Bermuda and he currently serves as Vice President and in-house counsel to Winchester Global Trust Company Limited, a licensed Bermuda trust company. Previously Neil held the positions of Managing Director at Fiduciary Partners Trust Company Ltd. in Bermuda and as an attorney with the Bermuda law firm Mello Jones & Martin (now MJM Ltd.) working in the areas of trust and corporate law. He has served on the Board of Genesis Underwriters Ltd. since 2014.
Dirk Wray
Business Development Advisor
Mr. Wray is a builder and financier of entrepreneurial companies that generate value. He has an extraordinary broad investment, project finance and trade-based banking experience globally. Typical company builds involve international structures with large scale long-term risk mitigated supply agreements, EPC contracts and product off-take agreements.
Mr. Wray's expertise is successfully managing the scaled growth of newer commercially proven technologies that require larger capitalizations. These skills include: capital formation (both domestic and international), executive recruitment, banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate strategy, organizational leadership and organizational cultural development and management. This expertise has been gained through his dealings in over 40 countries and positions in corporate finance with Salomon Brothers Inc, Director of Finance for Marriott Corporation and Director of Finance and Development for The Residence Inn Company (now a subsidiary of Marriott Corporation). Mr. Wray's real estate experience includes, but is not limited to, the financing and or developing of over 70 hotels worldwide, over 34 long term health care facilities, over 22 logistics and trucking terminals, as well as, financing real estate projects in developing countries.
Mr. Wray received his BA from Michigan State University, his MBA from Southern Methodist University and his MIM from The American Graduate School on International Management. Mr. Wray has also held various security, insurance and real estate licenses.
